Welcome Honeycut (819 S Flower St., Los Angeles, 90017; 213.688-0888.. Alex Day and David Kaplan of Proprietors LLC have joined Cedd Moses and Eric Needleman of 213 Ventures (The Varnish, Seven Grand) to bring Downtown LA another spot for you to get your drink on. Living behind Hotel O, Honeycut is a place for you to dance, lounge, and enjoy a craft cocktail…they have 50 of them. Proprietors LLC beverage Director, Devon Tarby (The Varnish) is behind the massive list and they are serving 6 pm- 2 am, daily. It’s made up of two rooms designed by Patry+Kline (Seven Grand). By the bar, you’ll find a pool table, piano, and live music. In the Disco room, which is open from 9 pm-2 am, you’ll find bottled cocktails, cocktails on tap, wine & beer, and sometimes live performances.
