The Federal Bar (102 Pine Ave., Long Beach, 90802) is soft opening (11:30 am) their second location today, in Long Beach. Chef Shad Davis (The Belmont) runs the kitchen and the space is designed by both Spacecraft and Beth Holden of NEW THEME with a classic pub aesthetic with antique fixtures from when the property use to be a bank.
