It’s finally here! Wurstküche Venice is (623 Lincoln Blvd., Venice, 90291; 213.687.4444) officially soft-opening tomorrow night and lunch service starts Monday.
This slightly bigger restaurant has the same brick and concrete look and feel as their downtown location. Plus, a patio/greenhouse thing…maybe to bring in the beachy vibe? They also have a takeout window for easy sausage splurges or grab a seats in the main dining area full of communal tables. They have the same exotic sausages that have rattlesnake, alligator and rabbit and 50 beers to wash it all down.
