Picca Peru (9575 W. Pico Blvd., Beverlywood; 310.277.0133) is by the same chef behind the pop-up Test Kitchen. Items on the menu include, slow cooked beef-stuffed potatoes, crispy quinoa salad, blood sausage with ricoto pesto, sashimi, tiraditos, and ceviche, a selection of anticucho like beef heart and Santa Barbara shrimp, and main plates like duck leg confit in black beer sauce. All have Peruvian twists.
