All-American Rib Fest
Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne present their annual feast of slow-cooked ribs, hot wings and sides. A week of preparation goes into this event that has been happening since 2000. Feast on St. Louis-style pork ribs, braised beef back ribs and spiced lamb spare ribs. Sides include cole slaw, baked beans and buttered corn on the cob. You know Joey “Jaws” Chestnut from breaking the record of downing 70 hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes at the annual July Fourth hot dog eating contest at Nathan’s Famous in Coney Island. Now, see the no. 1 competitive eater in the world go for the gyoza. Chestnut currently holds the world’s record for eating 384 gyoza and will try to uphold his title against Matt Stonie, the 2015 gyoza champ and no. 2 competitive eater in the world.
