Spaghettini & the Dave Koz Lounge, (184 N Canon Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90210; 310.424.4600) is a collaboration between Cary Hardwick, Laurie Sisneros, (who own the original Spaghettini location in Seal Beach), and nine-time grammy nominated saxophonist Dave Koz. Opening on December 10, the restaurant and lounge will elevate the fine dining and live music experience, offering you sophisticated, Italian California food, along with world-class entertainment in a state-of-the-art music venue.
Executive Chef Scott Howard is in the kitchen working with the finest available local and seasonal ingredients alongside the talented Executive Pastry Chef Adrian Arandela, Chef de Cuisine Mateo Rogers, and Executive Sous Chef Ben Hall. Howard’s menus offer starters, salads, pastas, and entrées from the “ocean” and “land” that rotate with the seasons and is available for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Dinner menu highlights include Spaghettini with saffron, Dungeness crab, shrimp, Santa Barbara uni, fennel pollen, and nasturtiums; Maine Scallop Crudo with fennel pollen, Santa Barbara uni, yuzu, and sesame; Salsify Oyster Stew with Hama Hama oysters, parsley oil, and rye crackers; andHarvey’s Guss NY Strip with smoked gouda orzo mac & cheese, endive, and red wine jus, among others.
