Mac-O-Licious (5217 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Valley Village, CA 91607) is now serving, you guessed it, all different kinds of mac-and-cheese. Dishes include Kelly Chapman’s Original Southern Mac * (a Southern Baked Casserole with lots of Cheddar Cheese, elbow noodles and light spices); 5 Cheese Mac * (Baked Casserole with a mixture of Asiago, Fontina, Gruyere, Parmesan and Cheddar Cheese); American Mac (Asparagus and Hickory Smoked Bacon in a baked Cheddar dish); Just Baking Bacon Mac (Hickory Smoked Bacon and Cheddar Cheese); Garden Mac; Frous Frous Mac with Blue Swimming Crab Claw Meat; Maine Mac with Cheddar and Gruyere Cheeses melted over Maine Lobster; and Dreamy Creamy Mac * (the creamy, cheesy Cheddar blend).
They also have a gluten free option, mac pops, and a mac flight where you can choose three. You can add additional toppings like bacon, hot dog, cornbread, hot spice, Italian spice, Middle Eastern 7 Spice, black truffle, roasted garlic, and Ghost Pepper.
Sides include salads, grilled veggies, blackened corn, cornbread, and soup. You can also add meat sides like roast beef, grilled chicken, BBQ chicken, and spicy sausage.
