This Saturday, the Historic Core and Financial District of DTLA will be having their first ever ACME Bar Crawl, hosted by ACME Hospitality Group. All five of ACME’s downtown establishments will be part of the crawl: Beelman’s Pub, Spring St. Bar, Library Bar, Sixth St. Tavern, and King Eddy Saloon. Along with cocktails, the event is equal parts grub crawl, and you can get your fill of the greasy pub fare featured below with each stop.
Each bar will sling a spirit and inspired snack: Library Bar: Wisers Rye Whiskey/Carolina Style Pulled Pork Sliders; Sixth St Tavern: Absolut Vodka/Rockenwagner Pretzel with Beer Cheese; Spring St Bar: Altos Tequila/Cuban Sandwich; Beelman’s Pub: Beefeater Gin/Gravy Fries; and King Eddy; Jameson Whiskey/Frito Chili Pie.
All locations exist within a few square downtown blocks and you can cut your own path, starting at any establishment. However, all roads lead to King Eddy Saloon, where there will be a dirty 90’s disco, as well as raffled giveaways including a stash of King Eddy t-shirts bearing its mantra “Where No One Gives a S*** About Your Name.”
