Sriracha Dinner

Sriracha has a cult following these days, so those who love the stuff, listen close. There is a four-course sriracha dinner with Thai bruschetta and upside-down sriracha pineapple cake happening at Mohawk Bend. It’s all to celebrate Randy Clemens’ latest book, “The Veggie-Lover’s Sriracha Cookbook,” Randy will be joined by special guest chef Adam Levoe (Golden Road Brewing) to create a vegan menu honoring the beloved locally-made staple. The Veggie-Lover’s Sriracha Cookbook and The Sriracha Cookbook will be available for sale.
