Asian Box (116 E Palm Ave., Burbank, CA 91502) is a fast casual spot with four locations in the Bay Area and now one in Burbank. It’s the perfect addition to downtown Burbank with all the offices and people running out for lunch.
Everything here is made with local ingredients and placed in eco-friendly containers. It’s build your own, beginning with picking a base of white rice, brown rice, chilled rice noodles, or Asian salad, add on proteins (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp or tofu), toppings like bean sprouts, pickled veggies, jalapeños, scallion oil, crispy shallots, chopped peanuts and then add on sauces. They have Tamarind Vinaigrette, Miss Jones’™ Sriracha, No-Oil Fish Sauce, Asian Street Dust™, Hot Box It™ or Peanut Sauce. It’s all for just under $10.
