Shiki

Shiki (410 N Cañon Dr., Beverly Hills, 90210) is the new Japanese spot opening on April 6 at 6 pm. Shiki means “four seasons”  and chef Shige Fujimoto, (Matsuhisa and Asanebo) has the backing of two Michelin stars and is behind the cuisine known as aswashoku. It’s a simple, traditional Japanese cooking technique that focuses on using high quality ingredients. What does this mean for you? You can expect plates like Japanese yam noodles with uni, grilled sea bass with miso, plus sushi and sashimi.
