Gravlax, (12400 Washington Blvd., Culver City, 90066) is Culver City’s new Scandinavian/Turkish spot from Arda Koca and Lars Magnus Stefansson. They have menu items Gravlax (house cured salmon with mustard dill cucumbers), Skagen (Swedish shrimp salad), Mustard Herring, Meze Plate (feta & red pepper dip, cucumber garlic yogurt, olives with pita), OST & ET (goat gouda & vasterbotten cheese, prosciutto & salami) and Kale Salad with Tabouli. They also have beer and wine.
Koca and Stefansson designed Gravlax with help from friends, and right now they’re exhibiting art by Lindsay Carron, who is also responsible for painting the walls.
