Superba Food & Bread Pop-Up

Restaurant developer Paul Hibler invites you to a preview dinner of the newest eatery on Lincoln Boulevard, Superba Food & Bread, set to open at the end of March 2014. Superba Food & Bread will create handcrafted comfort food for all day parts, featuring bold flavors and the best seasonal ingredients. In the kitchen, Executive Chef Jason Travi fires up the rotisserie, Pastry Chef Lincoln Carson crafts desserts, Head Baker Jonathan Eng bakes the bread, and General Manager and Beverage Director Ashley Ragovin curates a unique wine list. The team will take over Jason Neroni’s Superba Snack Bar for this one-time event.

Roman Pizza with yukon gold potato, crème fraiche, rosemary, sea salt
Miche Toast-Avocado, radish sprouts, pickled fresno pepper, cilantro
Acorn squash hummus, marcona almond, endive
Testa, hot pepper jelly, soft herbs

$4/each, 2 for $7, or all 3 for $10

Rabbi’s Day Off: not-so-matzo ball soup
Black Rice Salad with cashew, rotisserie pineapple, Thai basil

Roasted + Raw Sunchokes with green goddess
Ember-Cooked Celery Root with lemon brown butter, herb salad


Burrata Sandwich with walnut, pomegranate, pickled radish
Bahn Mi Lemongrass Pork Sausage with pickled vegetables, hot peppers

Arctic Char with pea tendrils, peas, rhubarb
Rotisserie Leg of Lamb roasted with carrot-yogurt, Vadouvan


Superba Candy Bar with chocolate mousse, Marcona almond, caramel, sea salt
