Yamashiro Hollywood’s #GuestChefSeries returns for its 3rd installment tomorrow during the LA Icon’s #Yamashiro100Years. Executive chef Brock Kleweno welcomes retro pop soul duo David & Devine, whose original works – to be performed live – have inspired the five-course dinner they will accompany.
Chef Brock’s Modern American 5-course menu will be accompanied with wine pairings and highlighted by a taste of Chef Betty Fraser’s Grub.

First Course: surf & turf of caviar and violet-mustard filet tartare
Second Course: artichoke soup & hearts of palm salad
Third Course: Chef Betty Fraser’s “N’Awlins Creole Shrimp”
Fourth Course: wild boar osso buco with mole
Fifth Course: Yamashiro birthday cake, homemade cookies & ice cream
