Dr. Sandwich (9133 W Olympic Blvd Beverly Hills, 90212; 310.278.7777) has opened up in Beverly Hills and serving falafel and shawarma sandwiches (music to my ears). They also have pita wraps, laffa, baguettes, hummus, tehina, s’chug, an Israeli hot sauce, to customize your falafel and shawarma to just how you like it. Get a side of fries or chips and you are all set. (Put the fries inside and you got your meal how it’s served up in Israel).
