Check out Los Angeles’s first-ever Skee Ball League! It’s a weekly, boozey, competitive skee balling extravaganza. It all starts this week at One Eyed Gypsy (901 E 1st St., Downtown) in DTLA.
Teams of three, including one lady. The games go one for eight weeks and start at 8:30 pm (go ’til midnight). You’ll play multiple each night, and every game’ll last about a half-hour. Scoring is for both the total for your team in each game and the number of games won. There’ll be weekly prizes (free drinks, concert tix, etc.), plus a playoff bracket on the final week with more grand prizes for the winningest/losingest teams.
As for drinks, each week’s gonna have tequila drink specials for skee ballers, as well as cheap sliders and “Carny Food”. Starts Wednesday!
