Tonight, OTOTO will host a one-night-only Yoonycat’s Burger Pop-Up! Many Angelenos already know chef Susan Yoon (aka Yoonycat) from her time cooking at Orsa & Winston, 71Above, and several other acclaimed restaurants. These days, she’s often found behind the bar at OTOTO sharing her knowledge and love of sake. For one night only, she’ll step back into the kitchen to serve a menu centered around her burger with soy-braised short rib sugo, Gruyère, and horseradish aioli, alongside a corn fritter with charred scallion crème fraîche, pickled carrots, jalapeño and onion, and financier à la mode for dessert.
