Rock & Brews Collaborates with Snoop Dog & Dr. Dre on LTO Cocktail Featuring Still G.I.N

Rock & Brews, the national restaurant and entertainment concept founded by music legends Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, is teaming up with the iconic duo – Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg – to create a limited-edition rocktail using Still G.I.N. from their Gin & Juice spirits brand. Named after Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s headlining West Coast tour in 2000, the Up in Smoke is a sweet and smoky cocktail made with Still G.I.N., St-Germain, lemon juice, pink grapefruit juice, and house-made raspberry honey syrup. The cocktail is shaken and garnished with a grapefruit peel before it’s put under a cloche with wild berry smoke, which is then removed tableside for a dramatic unveiling for each guest.
