Netflix Celebrates ‘BEEF’s’ 16 Emmy Nominations with a Citywide Week of Free Wellness in LA

Five of Los Angeles’s Favorite Wellness Studios and Cafés Invite Angelenos to Unwind with Complimentary Offerings All Week Long

This Emmy® season, Netflix is calling all of Los Angeles to “Release Your Rage. Feel Your Calm.” From Monday, August 10^th – Friday, August 14^th, join them for a citywide exhale celebrating the critically acclaimed anthology series BEEF and its 16 Emmy® Award nominations, the most of any limited or anthology series this year. Inspired by the show’s themes of simmering tension, passive-aggressive spirals and propulsive confrontations, the program invites Angelenos to do the opposite and decompress through curated wellness experiences, self-care moments, refreshing treats, and recovery-focused offerings across Los Angeles. 

Each day brings a complimentary, elevated moment of wellness to a different corner of the city. Perks include robot massages at Pause, a complimentary Gua Sha add-on with any facial at Heyday, limited-edition Yogi Smoothies at Sunlife Organics, Berry Blood Orange Matcha at Stagger Coffee, and two pop-up sound bath sessions with The Den Meditation at The London in West Hollywood.

About Netflix’s Beef

From Creator, Writer and Director Lee Sung Jin, BEEF returns with a new cast and a new “beef,” as a Gen-Z couple witnesses an alarming fight between their Millennial boss and his wife. Newly-engaged Ashley Miller (Cailee Spaeny) and Austin Davis (Charles Melton), both lower-level staff at a country club, become entangled in the unraveling marriage of their General Manager, Joshua Martín (Oscar Isaac), and his wife, Lindsay Crane-Martín (Carey Mulligan). Through favors and coercion, both couples vie for the approval of the elitist club’s billionaire owner, Chairwoman Park (Youn Yuh-jung), who struggles to manage her own scandal involving her second husband, Doctor Kim (Song Kang-ho).
