If you’ve been searching for the perfect french food experience in Los Angeles, your prayers have officially been answered. Très LA Bistro & Café, the stunning new French-inspired dining destination nestled inside the iconic Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, made its glamorous Grand Opening Debut on Friday, May 8th, 2026, and from the looks of it, this place is about to become a serious staple on the LA dining scene. Paris Meets California in the Heart of WeHo
Designed by Très LA Group Founder & CEO Alan Dunn, the restaurant is a masterclass in atmosphere. Think old-world European elegance colliding beautifully with contemporary Los Angeles cool – gold-framed mirrors, moody bistro vibes, and a cinematic energy that makes you feel like you’ve been transported somewhere far more romantic than a Tuesday afternoon in WeHo. And according to Dunn himself, the whole concept comes down to one word: fun. “I want everyone to have fun from the moment they step inside,” he shared, and based on the grand opening soirée, mission very much accomplished.

The Grand Opening Was Everything
The debut event was a full sensory experience. VIP guests were treated to chef-driven bites curated by Executive Chef Julio Castorena, signature cocktails by Beverage Director Brad Lewandowski, and live entertainment and music that kept the energy buzzing all night long. It was an immersive first look at the happy hour and evening dining experience that officially launches Monday, May 11th.
The guest list was just as impressive as the menu. Spotted at the soirée were actor Tyler Posey, Chief of War‘s Te Ao Hinepehinga and Brandon Finn, fan-favorite Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay, Vanderpump Rules’ Chris Hahn, Love Island USA fan favorite Justine Joy Ndiba, Netflix’s Perfect Match stars Jimmy Sotos and Allison Ogden, Chris Dahlan of Netflix’s Age of Attraction, and Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle star Demari Davis, proof that Très LA is already the place to be seen in West Hollywood.

The Menu: French Food, LA Style
Let’s talk about the food, because this menu is giving everything. Très LA’s offerings are a love letter to classic french food elevated with California-fresh ingredients and bold, modern flavors. Here’s a peek at what’s on the menu:
Starters & Bites: French Baguette, Beet-Cured Kimchi Deviled Egg, Grilled Prawns Provençale, and a delicious Bluefin Tuna Tartare!
Salads & Bowls: Shaved Fennel Salad, Chicken Cobb Salad, Spiked Kale Caesar Salad, and a Chicken Tagine Bowl that sounds absolutely divine.
Mains: This is where things get serious. The Parisian Sandwich, Meyer Lemon & Thyme Poulet, Bistro Smashburger, Pasta Pomodoro, Vegan Eggplant Parmigiana, Alaskan Salmon, Pan-Seared Branzino, and because they simply had to, Steak Frites.
Sides: Grilled Broccolini, Blistered Shishito Peppers, and French Fries, because some things are non-negotiable.
Whether you’re pescatarian, plant-based, or a full-on carnivore, there is truly something on this menu calling your name.
Why You Need to Go
Très LA Bistro & Café isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. It’s the kind of place you take a client for a power lunch, a girlfriend for a long overdue catch-up, or honestly, yourself, because you deserve beautiful french food and a craft cocktail on a random Wednesday. The fact that it’s inside the Pacific Design Center (one of West Hollywood’s most architecturally stunning destinations) makes it an even more elevated outing. This is easily one of the most exciting things to do in LA right now, and something tells me the wait list for reservations is only going to grow.
