Her seasonally rotating cocktail menu balances timeless technique with Hollywood flair, featuring standouts like The Sunshine Pop (an agave-driven refresher with pineapple, sage, and lemon), Fanny Flutters (champagne, guava, lemon, and butterfly pea flower), and Starwood (a nod to WeHo’s rock-and-roll spirit with bourbon, apple brandy, and maraschino).
Bites That Steal the Show
While you might come for the cocktails, you’ll stay for Executive Chef Charbel Hayek’s elevated menu. The acclaimed chef behind Ladyhawk, the hotel’s signature restaurant, has created small plates designed for snacking and sharing, showcasing multi-cultural flavors with Eastern Mediterranean influence. Our absolute favorites? The Caesar Salad was perfectly balanced, but the Onion Rings were genuinely some of the best I’ve tasted in Los Angeles – crispy, perfectly seasoned, and utterly addictive. The crab cakes were equally impressive, arriving golden and packed with flavor. The menu also features gems like the Mezze Trio, Beef Bao Buns with spicy XO sauce, and a Hot Honey Chicken Sando that hits all the right notes.
