In honor of the 100% plant-based This Cookbook Is A Huge Missed Steak being released in the US via Amazon, author & Australian restaurateur Mark Filippelli (he co-founded 18, including Mark + Vinny’s and the viral Matcha Mylkbar) collaborated with The Butcher’s Daughter here in LA on a special smoothie called “You Little Bluety.” The blue drink features Blue Spirulina, Blueberry Chia Gel, Banana, Sea Moss, Plant-Protein Powder, Coconut, White Chocolate, Coconut Milk and Coconut Water.
