8-Course Dinner with Blowtorches! Welcome to The Gastro Garage Pop-Up

Get ready to turn up the heat when the Gastro Garage Full Throttle Experience, the hottest dining experience to hit LA, returns this weekend. The Gastro Garage is the unique intersection of gourmet cooking and blowtorch-wielding food pirates. Guests will be fired up by an eight-course meal showcasing their signature dishes, such as Gastro burgers made of Wagyu beef, pizza, maple-glazed carrot pops, and Princess Buttercups made with Reese’s Peanut Buttercups. Armed with blowtorches, welding masks, and a little attitude, The GastroMechanics use precision torch techniques to create not only edible wonders but a dining experience that attendees will never forget!  The “Mechanics Menu” will be paired with live rock music from the Gastro Band and DJ, a welcome shot, and one signature cocktail for each attendee (21+). Marking two decades of culinary excellence in Hollywood, multi-Michelin-starred fine dining institution, Providence, launches its highly anticipated 20th Anniversary Dinner Series on Thursday, 4/3, with a first-of-its-kind Thai-inspired tasting menu created in collaboration by chef-friends Andy Ricker (Pok Pok) and Kris Yenbamroong (NIGHT + MARKET), alongside James Beard Award-winning chef-owner Michael Cimarusti. Providence’s 20th anniversary series, which runs from April – November 2025, will feature some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs who have personally inspired Cimarusti throughout his career and travels.
