Founded in 2009 by third-generation lobsterman Luke Holden with its first shack in New York City, the certified B Corp restaurant group and seafood company is located at the corner of 2nd Street and Santa Monica Blvd. Luke’s serves a focused menu of acclaimed favorites like Luke’s signature lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls prepared the Luke’s Way: wild-caught, chilled seafood in a New England-style, split-top, toasted buttered bun with a swipe of mayo, a drizzle of lemon butter, and a sprinkle of Luke’s Secret Seasoning. For guests who can’t choose just one, there’s a seafood roll flight of three 2 oz half rolls of lobster, crab, and shrimp served with chips and a soft drink. Introducing Written Hand, the newest culinary pop-up at Ever Bar in the Kimpton Everly Hollywood, which transforms the beloved bar and lounge into a Mediterranean-inspired hotspot right in the heart of the city. This new dining experience celebrates the spirit of communal dining, seasonal flavors, and social connections through inventive food and drinks and a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. Led by Executive Chef Ashley Thompson, the menu highlights local partnerships with farmers and fishermen, offering a fresh Southern California interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine. Pink’s Hot Dogs, the iconic Hollywood hot dog stand, is excited to announce its 85th anniversary celebration from today – Tuesday. The five-night celebration will feature appearances by celebrities and notable figures, as well as Pink’s signature “Chili Dogs for Charity” program, benefiting local Los Angeles charities.
