South Bay’s Newest Cocktail Hotspot, Brewco Social, Puts an Innovative Twist on Classics

South Bay’s newest dining hotspot, Brewco Social, welcomes you to sip their beverage menu filled with innovative twists on classics and their own unique cocktail creations. Beverage Director Amy Boeger loves any opportunity to use local ingredients while incorporating creative nods to the restaurant’s optimal location right by the beach. Although most of their cocktails right now are an ode to summer, Amy is excited to be incorporating flavors like apple, cinnamon, chai spices, and fresh figs to celebrate the fall season. Various prices; Sundays – Mondays and Wednesdays – Thursdays, 11:30 am – 11:00 pm, and Fridays – Saturdays, 11:30 am – 12:00 am; 124 Manhattan Beach Blvd., Manhattan Beach, CA 90266; 310.798.2744

Some stand out beverages on their cocktail menu include:

  • Skinny Staple – A simple and light margarita made using a South Bay local tequila – Nosotros Reposado along with fresh lime juice, a bit of agave, a house-made citrus salt rim, and an orange slice
  • Spritz Social – A fun twist on an Aperol spritz using tequila, blood orange, and fresh strawberries and topped with sparkling rosé. Refreshing, summery, and approachable.
  • Terracotta Paloma – Brewco Social’s take on a classic paloma but served in a clay cantarito mug, which guests absolutely love!
