Owners Hoki and Beno, two sushi chefs from Indonesia with over twenty years of combined experience, specialize in creating unique and delicious iterations of the popular Japanese meal that you won’t find anywhere else in the Market. Occupying the smallest stall in the Market at just 100 square feet, they use their compact space to create big flavors. Their elevated twists on classics include the signature Dragon Roll and a fusion-style Poke Bowl.
