Internationally acclaimed Executive Chef, Charbel Hayek, welcomes you to his first-ever restaurant, Ladyhawk at the La Peer Hotel in West Hollywood. Paying homage to Chef Charbel’s roots, the concept introduces Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with a Californian-flare, showcasing farm-fresh ingredients and a modern take on traditional recipes. Ladyhawk’s bright and elevated, yet approachable atmosphere invites Angelenos, visitors and hotel guests alike to enjoy herbaceous and aromatic dishes that are designed to be shared and are reminiscent of a home-cooked meal. Choose from family-style dishes such as the Ladyhawk Mezze Table, a selection of shareable plates and dips including Hummus with Chili Sambal, Babaghanouj, and Muhammara. Indulge in the Za’atar Manouche Fermented Poolish Dough, a fluffy flatbread resembling a Mediterranean flatbread with vibrant colors representing the Lebanese flag and fresh flavors showcasing authentic ingredients such as Lebanese wild thyme, olive oil, tomatoes, herbs and labneh.
