Crossroads Calabasas One-Year Anniversary

Chef Tal Ronnen’s beloved plant-based destination, Crossroads Kitchen is celebrating their one-year anniversary with a delicious celebration. The restaurant will serve special appetizers and bubbles in honor of the one-year milestone, and for those who stay for dinner, chef Tal will be showcasing his new fall menu and festive dishes crafted specially for the evening. The event is complimentary and open to the public at the restaurant’s patio and bar areas, and no reservations are required. Jonah’s Kitchen + Bar in Santa Monica

Have you been to Jonah’s Kitchen + Bar? Founded by Chef Jonah Johnson, Jonah’s Kitchen is an accumulation of Chef Jonah’s global travels and the unique culinary landscape of his hometown of Los Angeles. As a private chef to some of Hollywood’s biggest stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, and Scott Eastwood (all of whom frequent the restaurant!), Jonah Johnson has traveled the world and enjoyed an array of unique culinary techniques, ingredients and dining experiences which he has incorporated into the menus at Jonah’s Kitchen. Combining Latin, Caribbean and Asian flavors, Jonah’s Kitchen offers everything from sashimi grade fish to carefully sourced meats, all cooked on a Santa Maria grill to provide a bold dining experience. Catch of the Season – A Reimagining of Sea Level in Redondo Beach

Serving California cuisine with a modern twist, waterfront dining destination, Sea Level at The Shade Hotel Redondo Beach, has remained a staple for premium, Californian coastal cuisine since its opening in 2016. This year, the restaurant team brought in General Manager, Martin Herrera, to reimagine the beloved oceanfront eatery’s wine + beverage programming. The Bourbon Room welcomes you to witness the hilarious and witty must-see musical satire, 44 – THE unOFFICIAL, unSANCTIONED OBAMA MUSICAL (Told Through the Hazy Recollection of Joe Biden). The limited, 20-show engagement is the brainchild of Eli Bauman, a former Obama campaign organizer and TV writer who wrote the music, lyrics, and book and also directs the show. Some of the songs were co-written with his father, Jon “Bowzer” Bauman of the ‘70s group Sha Na Na, as well as band leader, music director, and music co-producer, Anthony “Brew” Brewster who fronts the show’s live band. 44 stars T.J. The Palm Los Angeles Hosts JUSTIN Winery Dinner

The Palm Los Angeles presents an evening with JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery. On Thursday, 10/12, embark on a journey of wine appreciation with knowledgeable experts as they guide you through a four-course menu with perfect pairings of JUSTIN Winery’s award-winning wines. Start with Spiedini (shrimp skewers with merguez sausage, red pepper feta sauce) before moving on to Carpaccio (filet mignon topped with green peppercorn aioli, horseradish gremolata, capers, parmesan cheese, micro basil), and then Cacciucco (seafood stew with black cod, shrimp, clams, calamari, garlic bread).
