THE FRIEND & THE LITTLE FRIEND, Silverlake and Venice’s go to late night bars by artist Andre Saraiva and bar owner and designer Jared Meisler are the go-to spots for artists, musicians, creatives, and aficionados. Both locations are perfection, small enough to be intimate, big enough to spread out and have fun. Netflix Bites Serves Scoops Ahoy Sundaes All Weekend Long

Scoops Ahoy (Netflix’s new line of ice cream inspired by the hit series Stranger Things) will exclusively serve sundaes at Netflix Bites this weekend. Fans can immerse themselves in the world of Hawkins with a two-sided Scoops Ahoy Sundae inspired by the upside-down and the regular world. Scoops Ahoy launched earlier this month and is available at Walmart and Walmart.com, and includes seven flavors inspired by the Stranger Things universe, including favorites such as Pineapple Upside Down (from Vecna’s private stash), Chocolate Pudding (a Hawkins Middle School classic), and Cinnamon Bun Bytes (paging Dustin). Have you heard about the Meyers Manx Café,  located inside the Petersen Automotive Museum on Wilshire Boulevard? The Meyers Manx Café, complete with a 400 sq. ft. patio, is inspired by the eponymous Meyers Manx dune buggy and the vibrant beach culture of 1960s Southern California. Having softly opened and serving the neighborhood with delicious all-day breakfast and lunch, they’ve added a weekend brunch featuring new items like Chilaquiles, Cinnamon French Toast Sticks, Breakfast Toasts, and Vegan Quinoas Tacos, as well as the café’s best-loved Breakfast Burritos and clay oven-baked Pizzas. Diners with a sweet tooth can still enjoy the café’s Soft Serve Ice Cream or Italian treat, Affogato. The menu introduces a Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha, and Tea and Coffee featuring Ube to its lineup of mocktails, cocktails, and caffeinated beverages.
