The new Chocolate Tea experience features delicious chocolate-flavored tea, chocolate cakes, and of course, the new Phillip Ashley Chocolates, making The London West Hollywood the new go-to spot for chocolate lovers.
The Phillip Ashley Chocolates featured on the menu include The Curry Cashew, Wild Strawberry Vanilla Bean, French Lavender Vanilla, Champagne, and Margarita. These beautiful and uniquely flavored chocolates can be perfectly paired with The London’s hot teas or new iced tea offerings, and guests can also order an exquisite box of Phillip Ashley Chocolates to take home, following their tea experience.
Chef Phillip Ashley is an award-winning chocolatier and is regarded as one of the leading designers of luxury chocolate in the world. He creates beautiful chocolates with rich and unique flavors. A 2023 James Beard Award nominee, he was selected to Oprah’s Favorite Things list in 2020 and is also the exclusive chocolatier for Cadillac.
The Phillip Ashley Chocolates are the perfect complement to The London’s selection of delicious tea sandwiches like the Matcha Green Tea Crêpe (Smoked Salmon, and Crème Fraîche), and decadent baked goods, like the Warm Currant and Plain Scones.
