LA-Based All Day Café Great White Launches New Summer Menu Items
Great White, the LA-based all-day café has just launched a number of new summer menu items under longtime chef Juan Ferreiro. An extension of the fresh, local cuisine that Great White is known for, the new menu sees the introduction of two new pizzas – the Eggplant Parm with mozzarella, garlic, basil, and breadcrumbs and the Primavera with gruyere, mozzarella, zucchini, miso onion, artichokes, and squash blossoms, the Shrimp Pasta with confit tomato, spinach, white wine lemon cream, and pangritata, the re-introduction of an old favorite – the Tuna Conserva with heirloom tomatoes, snap peas, balsamic vinaigrette, pea sprouts, crispy chickpeas, seeded avocado, and radish, and a seasonal update to the Harvest Bowl seeing kale from Tamai Family Farms, snap peas from 2 Peas in a Pod Farm, fresh zucchini from Beylik Family Farms, and a yuzu ginger dressing across all three Great White locations.
