Palm Grove Social Presents Laura McCluskey’s Ray 001: Moroccan Light

Palm Grove Social, the Mid-City café, bookshop and gallery has partnered with independent publishing house and design studio Guest Editions to show a series of photos from renowned London-based photographer, director and visual artist Laura McCluskey’s latest photo zine Ray 001: Moroccan Light. This is the first installment of the RAY series, a visual study of light, surface and color resulting in images that are full of joy, movement, and human emotion. Each chapter in the series will travel to a new location, with the first having been captured between Essaouia and Sidi Kaouki on Morocco’s sun-drenched west coast. The upcoming exhibition provides the opportunity to share this first chapter via 6 Giclée pigment prints (also available for purchase) while capturing the work that will make up the next installment, RAY 002: Pacific West.
