Nerano’s Executive Chef Michele Lisi presents a delicious 3-course White Truffle Tasting Menu available all December. Each dish is delicately curated to be enhanced by the flavor of freshly shaved White Truffles from Alba, Italy. Scratch Restaurants Group Retains Michelin Star
Scratch Restaurants Group, the innovative Los Angeles-based group from husband-and-wife team Executive Chef Phillip Frankland Lee and Executive Pastry Chef Margarita Kallas-Lee, retain their two Michelin stars following the 2022 Michelin California announcement. The Lees maintained their one Michelin star for Pasta|Bar in Los Angeles, and one for Sushi by Scratch Restaurants in Montecito. “A Michelin Star is awarded to restaurants offering outstanding cooking. We take into account five universal criteria: the quality of the ingredients, the harmony of flavours, the mastery of techniques, the personality of the chef as expressed through their cuisine and, just as importantly, consistency both across the entire menu and over time.” Various prices, hours, and locations
