Mr. T Serves Up Global Street Food Elevated with Contemporary French Techniques

Portuguese-inspired restaurant Caldo Verde invites you to a special one-night culinary event. Chef Suzanne Goin curated a special menu of various dishes inspired by Oakland-based chef Tanya Holland’s third cookbook, California Soul. Holland’s cookbook features a collection of modern soul food with more than 80 seasonally inspired comfort-filled recipes that trace the roots of modern California soul food to the Great Migration.
