Fire Department Coffee is dedicated to providing great-tasting coffee to people everywhere. The veteran-owned, firefighter-run coffee company was established in 2016 and is run by active and retired firefighters. Inspired by coffee’s vital role in helping firefighters stay alert and energized through long shifts, this coffee is for the coffee lover and those who need a pick-me-up.
The coffee starts with high-quality coffee beans sourced from around the world. Before the roasting process, all of the beans undergo a strict testing and evaluation process, including making sure the farms are environmentally and socially responsible. As each bean is different, they are then separately roasted to “add the depth and complexity to each blend and a noticeable flavor difference that sets us apart from other brands.” Your coffee is roasted to order and shipped within a few days of being roasted, often on the same day.
Fire Department coffees range from traditional Medium, Dark, Light, and Espresso, to the gourmet coffee collection’s Red Velvet Donut, Blueberry Cake Donut, and the signature Spirit-Infused Roasts, infused with bourbon, whiskey, rum, or tequila.
