Spring Spritz Menu Debuts at Savoca

Savoca’s new beverage director Zachary, ex bartender at the iconic Sunset Tower hotel pays homage to classic Italian cocktails with three delicious Spritz variations. The Violetta Spritz is an effervescent drink with floral notes and a purple hue, and pairs with the tasty Burrata. The Angelino Spritz is the closest to the Aperol Spritz but Zachary has added Amaro Angelino, a local Los Angeles aperitif. This pairs perfectly with the Chicory Salad. As a lemon lover, the Limoncello Spritz is my favorite. Described as a new take on the classic digestif Limoncello, this cocktail complements the Chilled Baked Shrimp. Various prices; JW Marriott at L.A. Live – 900 W. Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015; 213.765.8630
