Free Virtual Book Event with Barack Obama & Ava DuVernay
This Wednesday, the Los Angeles Times will present a special edition of its community book club with former President Barack Obama and filmmaker Ava DuVernay. The 44th President will discuss his memoirs A Promised Land with the Los Angeles writer, director, producer and and film distributor who directed the acclaimed Selma and When They See Us.
