Red Hour at Crustacean Beverly Hills

Emma Stone, Margot Robie and Viola Davis are just a few of the A-List Celebrities that have been known to frequent Crustacean Beverly Hills. For almost 50 years, this refined yet warm and playful restaurant has long been satisfying customers with its modern Vietnamese Cuisine and gracious hospitality. After closing its doors for eight months for renovations, Crustacean Beverly Hills has been reborn into an even more elegant and lively cutting-edge restaurant.

After undergoing a new breathtaking 10 million dollar redesign, Crustacean Beverly Hills has reopened its iconic doors. As you walk through the restaurant, schools of beautiful, bright colored fish swim below your feet in the underground fish tank. Large vases filled with fresh flowers cover the bar and the mood lighting is just right. The look may have changed, but you can expect the  same classic dishes you fell in love with – along with an array of new mouthwatering items sure to become new favorites. A new addition to the restaurant is the Happy Hour, referred to as Red Hour held on Wednesdays from 4 – 7 pm. Come mingle at the bar or sit outside on the sultry patio lounge while swaying along to the live music. Sip the sweet and spicy signature cocktails as you eat delectable bites at Happy Hour prices.

Each Red Hour signature libation is handcrafted from the award winning bar, by elite mixologists. Each drink is made with only the finest of ingredients and is prepared with precision and love. The Red Hour features the Beluga Moscow Mule, a vodka, gin and lychee drink called The Ori, the sweet and tasty gin drink labeled the Emperor’s Favorite, the exotic Komodo’s Veil made with Blanco Tequila & Chareau Aloe Liqueur, and the fiery WhistlePig 10 yr. Rye, Punt E Mes and Campari cocktail – the Bad Ass.

Be prepared to tease your palate with flavorful and vivacious bites from Chef Helene An & Chef Tony Nguyen. The Red Hour menu features a savory langoustine toast, butternut squash & rock shrimp tempura, truffle chicken pan seared dumplings, shitake mushroom sashimi, tempura titao, chicken & sweet potato dumpling, maple leaf farms duck potstickers and my personal favorite, the Impossible Crispy Vegan Egg Rolls. Every dish is exquisite and upholds the standards that patrons have grown to love throughout the years.

It’s easy to get lost in the moment while enjoying an evening at the Red Hour. The live music is festive, the drinks are luscious and the food is divine. Whether you want to relax after a long day at the office, enjoy a girl’s night out, or have a lovely date night, Red Hour at Crustacean Beverly Hills is the go to spot for a magical night of good food, drinks and music.
