A Night with NBA Legends

The Other Art Fair

Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown Hosts the 8th Annual “Culinary Clash” competition

This cooking competition benefitts scholarship funds at the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College and invited students to submit an original, three-course menu with corresponding recipes for the opportunity to compete in the regional finals at Hotel Indigo. Now with just three students left, each will have the opportunity to showcase their menus with wine pairings at the hotel’s Metropole Kitchenwhere they will be judged by a panel of culinary experts and influencers on creativity, taste, presentation and more. The competitions are open to the public. The champion will go on to compete against the winners from other participating partner hotels in the InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts Ultimate Culinary Clash Finals in San Francisco on May 16th. One student chef will be named the overall winner and awarded scholarship money, along with a monetary donation from the InterContinental brand to their affiliated culinary school.
