Now, Executive Chef Raphael Lunetta and the Lunetta Team are officially introducing Lunetta Dining and The Moon Bar, a progressive, chef-driven concept and cocktail bar delivering elevated new Californian cuisine and handcrafted cocktails. The new Lunetta Dining Menu, beginning with Market Small Plates offers Sliced Tomato & Local Reed Avocado or the Grilled Nectarines with Manchego & Prosciutto. Starters & Salads include Rock Shrimp & Baja Scallop Ceviche with fresh home made guacamole and lime chip; Ahi Tuna Tartare with capers and sherry mustard vinaigrette; Wood-Grilled Spanish Octopus with butter beans and cherry tomatoes; the Crispy Chicken Wings feature Cabra Verde and grilled house made pineapple wing sauce; and Pepperosa & Crab Gnocchi with Fontina, Reggiano, and Pernod. They will have a handcrafted Texas smoker, plenty of white oak wood, certified angus beef and Pearl’s BBQ Pitmaster Dana Blanchard smoking some of the best barbecue in the City of Angels.Tito’s Vodka and Jack Daniels will be kicking off this patriotic celebration on Wednesday with a full bar to serve up your favorite bevvies.
