Now in its 28th year, this festival is California’s largest tomato gardening event and sale for the whole family! Headed by Venice-based Ella Freyinger, the catering team at Chef Ella Freyinger, Inc. is committed to using seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients to create healthy and delicious meals. At Spring’s Bounty: A Pop-Up Dinner, the catering team will be serving a menu to celebrate spring with fresh ingredients from their favorite local farms. These dinners will highlight Chef Ella Freyinger’s belief in real food and whole ingredients, letting those ingredients take center stage on the plates. As a team of philanthropists and activists, Chef Ella Freyinger, Inc. will be donating a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales to Young Hearts, a new branch of the Open Hearts Foundation.
