FARMHOUSE at the Beverly Center Launches “Seed-to-Plate” Lunch and Weekend Brunch
Curated by Executive Farmer Nathan Peitso, every Monday through Friday, you can order ingredient-driven salads, sandwiches, and pizzas for lunch. Alongside à la carte items, Farmhouse will offer a two-course prix-fixe lunch menu featuring the choice of Roasted Cauliflower Soup swirled with carrot puree, toasted pepitas, and romanesco; Petite Garden Toast with grilled & pickled vegetables, grain bread, house made goats’ cheese ranch; or a Simple Salad followed by the choice of a Chicken Avocado Sandwich on scratch-made brioche with family heritage grain; Ocean Trout Gravlax Toast; Steak Salad with endive, radicchio, fingerlings, and blue cheese dressing; Chicken Salad with baby kale, bloomsdale spinach, apple, bacon dressing; or any Pizza on the menu. On Saturdays and Sundays, Nathan will serve a new selection of brunch dishes that serves milk sourced from Clover Farms; eggs from Chino Valley Ranchers; Bloody Marys mixed with hand-squeezed tomatoes from Fryer Farm; and hyper-seasonal sweet and green juices balanced with atypical aromatics, such as espelette. Redondo Beach’s 36th Annual SpringFest
The carnival kicks off tomorrow and features a petting zoo, pony rides, carnival rides for all ages, food court & food trucks and live entertainment. Thursday is bargain night and all rides will be $1.
