The first mainland location of Crackin’ Kitchen, an eatery dedicated to Cajun cuisine infused with the spirit of Hawaii is having their grand opening. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Crackin’ Kitchen is best known for its hands-on approach to Cajun seafood with bags of shellfish sprawled across the table for you to crack and open by hand.
