Marcel Vigneron Launched an Adult Happy Meal at Wolf
Marcel Vigneron is launching a fun, adult happy meal menu at his West Hollywood restaurant Wolf. The happy meal is comprised of three “Mr. Potato Bun” burgers along with three condiment-inspired cocktails from mixologist Kate Grutman. Each paleo-friendly “Mr. Potato Bun” is made with Marcel’s famous crispy potatoes and loaded with toppings. The three “Mr. Potato Bun” burger options include nacho cheese and pickled jalapeños; blue cheese and watercress; and muenster cheese and onions each available for $9. Mixologist Kate Grutman created three burger-friendly cocktails including A Decent Salary made with London dry gin, Bianco vermouth, Granny Smith apple juice, celery juice, lime juice and simple syrup; Bloody Maria made with Santo Diablo Mezcal, Clamato juice, agave, lime juice, and muddled Fresno Chili; and Summer Shandy madewith rye whiskey, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and Stiegl-Radler foam. Each cocktail is available for $15. You can order smaller versions of each “Mr. Potato Bun” burger along with each paired cocktail for $45.
