Relax in the Windows Lounge with a Signature Afternoon Tea and the Luxury Afternoon Tea. Drawing inspiration from traditional English-style tea service, both menus offer freshly brewed Rishi loose leaf teas, from earl gray to matcha to blueberry, in addition to Honey & Cranberry Scones dotted with Devonshire cream and lemon curd. New CHAYA Downtown Summer Festival
Join in the kick-off the celebration and bask in the lantern-covered Japanese Beer Garden located on the CHAYA patio while savoring a rare Japanese Whisky, Sapporo, a sparkling sake or CHAYA Downtown’s special house-made Sangria.  CHAYA Downtown will also be preparing two refreshing and delicious Yuzu and Cherry Blossom Summer Sorbet Cocktails. Jane Q and Ever Bar Open
The counter-style eatery will serve an all-day menu helmed by Executive Chef Bryan Podgorski in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Jason T. Hall, featuring breakfasts, house-made pastries, unique shared plates, oven-fired pizza and entrees, and desserts served alongside LAMILL specialty drip and espresso coffee prepared by world-class barista M’lissa Muckerman. Jane Q’s breakfast menu includes items like Steel Cut Oats with khorasan wheat berry and citrus marmalade; Savannah B.E.L.T with pickled green tomato, pimento cheese, bacon candy and a fried egg; and Roasted Sweet Potato with spiced walnuts, yogurt and pickled Fresno chile. Pastries include the Coconut Bread with kaffir lime curd and the House-Baked Sticky Buns with Saigon cinnamon and cream cheese-vanilla frosting. An all-day menu includes shareable small plates such as Heirloom Eggplant with tahini-yogurt, garlic and pomegranate molasses; Sierra Blanca Peaches with Benton’s country ham, warm burrata and maple vinegar; and Avocado Parfait with Greek yogurt, marinated cucumbers and house made focaccia. A variety of hearth-fired mains include a Black Truffle Calzone with Sottocenere al Tartufo and Shrimp Sausage Skillet with polenta and spicy saffron herb sauce. For dessert, indulge in sweets such as Chocolate Pot Au Crème with valhrona manjari and candied citrus zest and Farmers Market Fruit Crostada with vanilla ice cream. Complementing the culinary offering, Head Bartender Dan Rook has created a selection of signature cocktails including the Sicilian Café with Averna amaro, chilled espresso and Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic and the Vodka with vodka, cold pressed kale juice, lemon cordial, soda and lemon. Upstairs from Jane Q is the Ever Bar. Blending eclectic and modern furnishings, Ever Bar has creative cocktails that pays homage to Los Angeles’ influential music scene. The expansive list of libations is divided into three distinct sections: The Basement Tapes (forgotten classics), Reissues/B Sides (reimagined takes on clichéd drinks) and Riffs (elevated, modern cocktails).
