When you think of going out in Burbank, do you think of the downtown area? Not anymore. E.D.B., located at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport is the perfect al fresco spot to grab a drink, eat incredible food, and enjoy our beautiful California weather.
The Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport features 488 guest rooms, expansive meeting space, and the phenomenal, E.D.B. (or Eat, Drink, Be). E.D.B. is a casual outdoor social experience that has cocktails made with fresh ingredients, a highly curated wine list you won’t find anywhere else and local flavors on a focused menu of elevated bar dishes.
We began with an Old Fashioned and a glass of Prisoner Wine. The Old Fashioned had a perfect blend of sweetness and bitterness, while the delicious Prisoner Red Blend was a treat because it is rarely found by the glass. The manager of E.D.B. prides himself on having a selection of special wines at a reasonable price. It was a pleasure trying his different selections and discussing the different wines with him. If you are a wine lover, definitely put E.D.B. on your list.
For starters we ordered the the albacore sashimi two ways, the queso dip (Tyler’s favorite), and the most gorgeous ceviche. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I could have had the sashimi as my whole meal, it was the perfect plate of fish and cucumber salad with a side of ginger. They also offer bento boxes with choices of red chili ginger beef, miso glazed salmon, tempura rock shrimp, and orange chicken. For our entrees we ordered the double hamburger (their upscale take on In-n-Out’s burger) and the seafood salad piled high with crab, shrimp, and a hard boiled egg. We ended the meal with an “adult” s’more made with graham crackers, marshmallows, chocolate and peanut butter mousse.
E.D.B. is the must-go to hidden gem in Burbank that I highly recommend making your regular spot. With handcrafted cocktails, craft brews on tap, a selection of California wines, and menu offerings that include sharable appetizers and bento boxes, E.D.B is the ideal choice to relax, sit by the fire and enjoy the California weather.

Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this blog.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between user
friendliness and visual appeal. I must say that you’ve
done a amazing job with this. In addition, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Safari.
Excellent Blog!
