LUKE‘s Happy Hour
This San Fernando Valley dining destination launches its Cocktail Hour menu just in time for the summer, with signature cocktails and specials on beer, wine, and well drinks. All beverages are available for under $10, and a selection of delectable snacks and entrées are offered from $3–$12. Specialty cocktails available for $8 include the Two Cities made with Mr. Boston Gin, St. Germaine, blackberries, Meyer lemon, and jalapeño; the New Fashioned made with Templeton Rye, maraschino, Grand Marnier, angostura, and Peychaud bitters; the Cu Cu Ru Cu Cu made with El Silencio mezcal, tequila, Orgeat, orange bitters, and soda; the Cranberry Lime Caipirinha made with Leblon cachaca, cranberry, lime, and brown sugar; the Liquor N’ Heat made with Marschino, maple, jalapeño, Angostura bitters and choice of bourbon, tequila, mezcal, or vodka; the Writer’s Elixer made with Cynar, Tanqueray, St. Germaine, and lemon; the Rob Roy made with Scotch, Carpano, Benedictine, Amaro Nonino, and Angostura bitters; the Laid Back made with Gin, Lagunitas IPA, di Amore Amaretto, and grapefruit; and the Basil Collins, made with vodka, St. Germaine, basil, star anise, and lemon. Taps + Tastes: Global Day of Discovery
Sip Bar + Lounge at the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel and join in a companywide Global Day of Discovery.
