Taste on Melrose Opens Atrium
The West Hollywood restaurant opens their new Atrium and Courtyard, doubling their dining space. Situated directly behind the current main dining room, the Atrium features a modern design from Designer John Wooden, in collaboration with EGCreate, a company from Taste on Melrose Owners. The space includes an open skylight, walnut tables and chairs, its own bar and kitchen, as well as a private entrance, creating a space for catered events. The menu from Executive Chef Brian Sheard and Cathy Shyne includes signature items like Cast Iron Roasted Chicken with roasted cauliflower, fingerling potatoes, black kale, chicken jus, and toasted ciabatta; 8 oz. La Dolce Vita Honors Frank Sinatra’s 100th Birthday
Sinatra, an original investor in La Dolce Vita, often frequented the landmark restaurant to enjoy his favorite Veal Milanese with his drink of choice, Jack Daniel’s. The evening’s “Come Dine with Me” three-course prix-fixe menu, from Executive Chef Alejandro Galan, will feature Frank Sinatra’s preferred dishes from La Dolce Vita including Clams Posillipo with Littleneck clams steamed with fresh tomato, garlic, and oregano; Veal Milanese with thin and crispy veal and fresh arugula checca; and more.
