The Hotel Normandie is adding to the nightlife of Koreatown with The Normandie Club (3612 W. 6th St., Los Angeles, CA 90020) from drinks experts Proprietors, LLC and 213 Hospitality (neé Nightlife). Soft open since last week, this room has great cocktails with The Varnish veteran Daniel Eun behind the bar.
The menu has classic drinks like a Manhattan (Apricot Rye Whiskey, Cognac, East India Solera Sherry, Amaro Nonino, Orange Bitters), a Martini (Vodka, Fino Sherry, Raw White Honey, Sel Gris), an Old Fashioned (Coconut Bourbon, Apple Brandy, Spiced Almond Demerara, Angostura Bitters), a Spritz (Blanc Vermouth, Cucumber Water, Douglas Fir Eau De Vie, Clarified Lime Juice, Mint, Fizz), a Collins (Blanco Tequila, Pineapple & Lemon Juices, Campari, Cinnamon, Pear Brandy, Seltzer), a Bloody Mary (Aquavit, Fresh Tomato, Celery & Red Bell Pepper Juices, Savory Spices, Lemon Salt & Pepper), and a Daiquiri (Rum, Singani 63, Lime Juice, Crème de Pêche de Vigne, Demerara). There’s also two draft cocktails plus a cutting edge seltzer system. In addition to cocktails, The Normandie Club offers craft beers, ciders, wine, and spirits.
