Cassell’s (is opening in Hotel Normandie on December 22 in Koreatown. Christian Page, (Short Order) is behind bringing this premium burger diner to the hotel, but he’s keeping things pretty much as they are.
The sleek space has original signs hanging from the Cassell’s down on 6th and New Hampshire. The burgers are priced higher due to bread and cheese’s better quality. Included in the price is the original side of lettuce, tomato, house-whipped mayo and pickle to stack on your burger, as well as a small cup of potato salad. Other sandwiches include a grilled ham & cheese, which uses nitrate-free Beeler’s ham, tuna melt, egg salad, and patty melt. They will also be serving breakfast. Wash it all down with sodas, or upgrade to house made soda.
